After ten years living and working in Amsterdam, Heike moved to Ibiza in 2001.

She has lived primarily around Santa Gertrudis and developed a strong knowledge of the island, from the unspoiled North to many of Ibiza’s key locations.

Through her work, she has built long-term relationships with clients from around the world, combining a personal approach with a high level of professionalism.

Her role requires constant adaptation to evolving regulations, working closely with town halls, lawyers, architects and builders to ensure each project is handled with accuracy and care.
